How to Handle Annual Review with Points Deducted from Driver's License?

Holders of Class B driver's licenses who have incurred point deductions within a scoring cycle are required to undergo an annual review. If there are no point deduction records, the review for the current scoring cycle is exempt. Holders of Class B driver's licenses who have incurred point deductions within a scoring cycle must participate in no less than three hours of road traffic safety laws and regulations training during the review. Review includes: Road traffic safety violations; physical condition status; record of road traffic safety violation points and participation in study and examination after accumulating 12 points. Documents required for the review: Original and photocopy of ID card; original driver's license; proof of education participation. Simply fill out the form to self-report physical condition.
I just got my driver's license and hit the road, but in the first year, I was caught speeding and got 6 points deducted. At that time, I was worried whether it would affect my annual inspection. After carefully studying the traffic regulations, I learned that with my C1 license, as long as I don’t accumulate 12 points, there’s no need for a separate annual inspection—just go to the vehicle management office three months before the expiration date to renew the license. However, it’s different for my friend who drives a truck. Last year, he got 2 points deducted and had to bring his ID card to the vehicle management office within 30 days after the scoring cycle ended for a mandatory study session. He spent three hours watching those gruesome traffic accident videos before getting his stamp. I’d like to remind everyone to download the Traffic Management 12123 app on their phones to check point deductions and inspection dates. If you exceed the deadline by more than three months, you won’t even be able to renew your license. My colleague forgot about the annual inspection and was penalized with an extra five hours of study.
