No annual inspection is required. According to the latest regulations from the Ministry of Public Security, drivers holding licenses for large buses, trucks, urban buses, tow trucks, or medium-sized buses and trucks (i.e., A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 licenses) do not need to undergo annual inspection for the current scoring cycle if they have no demerit points recorded. However, if there are demerit points on the license, the driver must undergo the annual inspection. The following are situations that require annual inspection: 1. Situation One: Motor vehicle drivers must, in accordance with laws and administrative regulations, periodically undergo inspection at the traffic management department of the public security authority. When drivers renew their motor vehicle driving licenses as stipulated in Articles 48 and 49 of these regulations, they must undergo inspection by the traffic management department of the public security authority. 2. Situation Two: Drivers holding licenses for large buses, tow trucks, urban buses, medium-sized buses, or large trucks must undergo inspection at the traffic management department of the public security authority within 30 days after the end of each scoring cycle. However, if there are no demerit points recorded during a scoring cycle, the inspection for that cycle is exempted. 3. Situation Three: Drivers holding licenses for vehicle types not specified in the third paragraph of this article, who are involved in a traffic accident resulting in death and bear equal or greater responsibility without having their motor vehicle driving license revoked, must undergo inspection at the traffic management department of the public security authority within 30 days after the end of the current scoring cycle.

What are the differences between Audi S and RS?

Here are the differences between Audi S and RS: 1. Different performance space: Since the S series is tuned by Audi's sports department and shares production lines with regular models, it is limited in various aspects by Audi and the standard versions. Only the RS series can be mentioned in the same breath as Mercedes-Benz's AMG and BMW's M series. 2. Different prices: Compared to the S, the RS offers stronger power, richer configurations, and better handling, hence the higher price. Of course, the S models are also significantly more expensive than regular models.

What Do Tire Size Numbers Mean?

Tire size refers to the dimensions of a tire. Generally, the size of tires used on vehicles is printed on the sidewall of the tire. Different types of vehicles use different tire sizes. Meaning of tire size markings: Take a tire with the model number 250/60R1589H as an example. In this set of parameters, different letters represent different meanings. Here, 250 represents the width of the tire, which is essentially the part of the tire that comes into contact with the ground. The wider the tire used on a car, the larger the contact area with the ground, resulting in better stability during actual driving. 60 represents the aspect ratio of the tire, which is the ratio of the height from the rim to the tread relative to the tire's maximum cross-sectional width. This value is usually expressed as a percentage. R stands for radial tire. Generally, household cars use radial tires, which are widely used in family vehicles. 15 represents the size of the tire, specifically the inner diameter. 89 indicates the maximum load capacity of the tire, which should not be exceeded during vehicle use. H represents the maximum speed rating of the tire, and this speed should not be exceeded while driving. Tire maintenance methods are as follows: Perform wheel alignment and tire rotation regularly. For vehicles driven under normal road conditions, it is recommended to perform wheel alignment and tire rotation every 10,000 kilometers. Misaligned wheels and prolonged lack of tire rotation may cause the vehicle to pull to one side and result in abnormal tread wear. Regularly check tire pressure. Tire maintenance also includes periodic pressure checks. Overinflated tires can significantly reduce tire lifespan, while underinflated tires may lead to poor braking performance, difficulty in steering, or heavy steering, and also shorten the tire's service life.
