How to Fold Up the Rear Seats in a Swift?

Apply the handbrake of the Chang'an Suzuki Swift to prevent the car from rolling during operation. Open the rear door on the driver's side of the Chang'an Suzuki Swift. Lift up the right locking position of the rear seat. Lift up the left locking position of the rear seat. Pull the entire rear seat forward to fold it up.
I've folded down the Swift's rear seats several times, it's a piece of cake. You sit in the back seat, bend down near the trunk side of the seat base, and feel around for a small plastic pull ring or handle. Give it a gentle upward tug until you hear a click - that means the seat is unlocked. Then firmly lift the entire seat and push it forward toward the front of the car. I regularly use this to expand trunk space for skis or strollers, super convenient. Don't yank too hard at first to avoid damaging components or pinching fingers, especially with kids around. The pull ring position might vary slightly across Swift model years - my older version had it centered while newer ones offset it to one side. Checking the owner's manual diagrams will help. I've done this when cleaning carpets too, just remember to verify the latch securely re-engages afterward. After a few tries, you'll get the hang of it.
