First, properly position the center seat belt. Insert the lock plate into the slot on the side of the anchor buckle. Retract the seat belt into the fixed holder on the roof. Lower the headrest to its lowest position. Before folding down the rear seats, remove all items from the rear seat cushions and the floor. Lock the seatback in an upright position and push it backward until it locks. Pull the release lever to fold down the seatback. To return the seat to its original position, pull the seatback up to the upright position. Before driving, ensure that the seatback, headrest, and seat cushion are all securely locked in place. Also, make sure all rear shoulder seat belts are positioned in front of the seatback.
