After driving for a certain distance, if you feel the surface of the brake drum is hot to the touch, it indicates that the brake drum clearance is too small and needs readjustment. Generally, the clearance should be between 0.2 to 0.4mm. Enter the vehicle, then press the foot brake, hold down the electronic handbrake for 5 seconds, and then pull up the electronic handbrake for another 5 seconds. This will initialize and reset the electronic handbrake. The parking brake is the manual brake installed in motor vehicles. If the auto hold system is damaged, the handbrake can be used as a substitute. The handbrake is usually located at the right-hand side of the driver. If no issues are found or the issues cannot be resolved, immediately drive to an auto repair shop for maintenance.
