There is a window lock button on the center console. When pressed, three windows cannot be raised or lowered. Check if this feature is enabled. Accumulated debris such as small cards stuck in the window frame may cause jamming. Visit a repair shop to dismantle the door panel and clean it. Activate the combination switch or individual switch to the "down" position to reverse current flow through the window motor and check if the regulator is damaged. Aged or short-circuited wiring in the window regulator system may cause button failure. If the regulator itself malfunctions, consider replacing it at an authorized 4S dealership.
