There is a button on the center console that prevents the windows from rolling up or down. When pressed, three window switches become inoperable. Press the button down to cut power, then press it again to release. Accumulated debris, such as small cards inserted into the window, can cause issues. In this case, simply visit a repair shop to have the door panel removed and cleaned. Aging or short-circuiting of the window regulator circuit can lead to switch failure. If the regulator itself is malfunctioning, replacement is necessary. It is recommended to visit a 4S shop for replacement.
