How to exit the mute mode in GL8?

When navigation starts, the music does not automatically turn off. Users need to enter the music playback interface and manually pause the song. To permanently disable music and only enable navigation, you need to enter the navigation settings interface, where there is an option to turn off music in the main settings.
When I encountered the silent mode issue while driving the GL8 model, exiting it was actually quite simple. First, try pressing the volume control button or mute button on the steering wheel, which is the most common method. I usually press the 'Volume+' button continuously or press the mute button again to restore normal sound. If there's no response, switch to the central control screen, touch the home icon to enter the menu, find the 'Audio' or 'Settings' option, and slide to the sound settings to turn off the mute switch. Sometimes, if the system occasionally freezes, I turn off the vehicle key to restart, wait a few minutes, and then start the car again—the mute function will automatically reset. Don’t forget to check the car software version; older versions may have bugs, and timely updates can reduce malfunctions. I often teach this little trick to my friends on the road—it’s very convenient to operate and avoids missing navigation prompts, which could affect driving safety.
