At the same time, the "Detailed Rules" clearly state that the country implements a qualification certification system for recycling and dismantling enterprises. These enterprises should establish sales ledgers for scrapped vehicle parts, truthfully record information such as the quantity, model, and flow direction of the "five major assemblies", and enter this information into the "National Automotive Circulation Information Management Application Service" system.
