The steps to drain gasoline from a sedan are as follows: 1. Drive the car onto a slope—the steeper the slope, the easier it will be to siphon the fuel. After parking, ensure the car is secured with the front facing uphill, the gear in first, and the handbrake engaged. 2. Once the car is secured, open the fuel tank cap and insert a pre-prepared soft tube into the tank, pushing it as far down as possible. 3. Place the other end of the tube in your mouth or into a flattened large bottle with the air vent sealed tightly, then suck forcefully, being careful not to ingest any fuel. 4. Once you see fuel flowing through the tube, stop sucking and quickly transfer the tube into a fuel container. While siphoning, keep the tube as low as possible, preferably in a squatting position.
