The disassembly method for the Crown crankshaft pulley mainly consists of the following four steps: 1. First, use a Phillips screwdriver and special tools to remove the air cleaner, and then use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the front grille. 2. Use tools to loosen the bolts of the generator bracket and the generator, then remove the generator belt. 3. Use tools to loosen the bolts of the air conditioning compressor bracket and remove the compressor belt. 4. Use a flathead screwdriver to lock the flywheel in the small hole at the bottom of the transmission, while using tools to loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt and remove it. At this point, the crankshaft pulley can be easily removed. The Crown crankshaft pulley can be directly disassembled using special tools. The crankshaft position sensor is one of the most important sensors in the engine electronic control system. It provides signals for ignition timing (ignition advance angle) and confirms the crankshaft position, used to detect the piston top dead center, crankshaft angle, and engine speed.
