
The assembly steps for the piston connecting rod assembly are as follows: 1. Inspection of the piston connecting rod assembly. Inspect the piston, piston rings, and piston pin. 2. Install the piston pin retaining clips. There should be a 0.15mm gap between the clip and the piston pin end face to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction of the piston pin and piston. 3. Install the piston rings. 4. Assemble the piston connecting rod into the cylinder. The disassembly steps for the piston connecting rod assembly are as follows: 1. Remove peripheral accessories in a top-down sequence. 2. Remove the cylinder head, taking care to loosen the cylinder head bolts symmetrically from both ends towards the center in several steps to prevent cylinder head deformation. 3. Remove the oil pan. 4. Check the assembly marks on the piston top. If none are present, make marks and indicate the cylinder number. 5. Rotate the crankshaft to position the piston corresponding to the connecting rod to be disassembled at the bottom dead center. 6. Remove the connecting rod nuts, take off the connecting rod cap and bearings, and place them in order. 7. Push out the piston connecting rod assembly using a rubber hammer or the wooden handle of an iron hammer, being careful not to tilt or pry/force it to avoid damaging the cylinder. 8. After removing the piston connecting rod assembly, reinstall the connecting rod cap, bolts, and nuts in their original positions, and check the assembly marks on the connecting rod. The marks should face the drive belt pulley, and the connecting rod and big end should be marked with the corresponding cylinder number. 9. Use a piston ring plier to remove the piston rings. Observe the marks on the piston rings; "TOP" should face the piston top. 10. Disassemble the piston by heating it to 60°C and then removing the piston pin.
