Use a grinding wheel to sand the areas with rust bubbles on the car paint. After sanding the paint smooth, repeatedly wipe the sanded area with a wet towel to keep it clean and prevent dust. Apply putty paste and let it sit for a while. Once the putty paste hardens, sand it again with sandpaper. After the primer dries, spray the prepared topcoat on it. Once the paint dries, the car will look as good as new.
