For vehicles parked illegally without causing significant impact on road traffic, traffic police may issue a verbal warning to the driver, ordering them to leave the scene immediately. If the driver refuses to leave or there is no driver present, and the vehicle is obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians, the traffic police department will impose corresponding fines on the driver. Article 93 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China": For violations of laws and regulations regarding the parking or temporary stopping of motor vehicles, the illegal act may be pointed out, and a verbal warning issued, ordering the driver to leave immediately. If the driver is not present or refuses to leave immediately, obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians, corresponding fines will be imposed, and the vehicle may be towed to a location that does not obstruct traffic or to a designated location by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The traffic management department of the public security organ shall not charge the party for towing and shall promptly inform the party of the parking location. If the vehicle is damaged due to improper towing methods, compensation shall be legally provided.

As an ordinary person who drives frequently, when encountering illegally parked vehicles, I first calmly observe the situation. If I see a vehicle blocking the road or a parking space, I try to find the owner's contact information, such as checking for a phone number on the car. If there isn't any, I directly call the traffic police at 122 to report it, or use mobile apps like WeChat's city services to file a complaint. Illegal parking not only obstructs others' travel but also easily leads to traffic accidents, such as scratches or blocked fire lanes. Usually, when parking, I choose regular parking spaces to avoid the trouble caused by temporary roadside parking. If someone's illegal parking affects me, I take photos to record the license plate and time for subsequent complaint handling. Prevention is key; understanding local parking regulations can help avoid trouble.

In my experience with car maintenance work, I've seen numerous disputes caused by improper parking, such as blocking pathways and preventing rescue vehicles from entering. I advise everyone to always leave sufficient space when parking and avoid squeezing into narrow roadside spots. If you notice someone parking improperly, don't rush into conflict; first notify the property management or administrator to handle it. In emergencies, call the police at 122 for towing. Choosing a good parking spot yourself can prevent problems—check for obstacles around your car to avoid blocking fire hydrants. Improper parking can easily lead to vehicle damage or neighborhood conflicts, so taking the time to find an appropriate parking space can save you from future troubles.

Illegal parking is a traffic violation. We usually issue tickets as a warning, and in severe cases, towing will be enforced. Vehicle owners should move their cars promptly to avoid fines and high towing costs. Choosing paid parking spaces is a better option for daily parking. Maintaining public order relies on everyone's self-discipline, and violations may result in tickets or point deductions.

What Are the Reasons for No Airflow from the Car Air Conditioner?

Car air conditioner not blowing air can be caused by different situations: 1. If the air conditioner only heats but does not blow air, check whether the fan wheel is stuck. If it operates normally, then inspect the temperature probe and pipe temperature probe. If the pipe temperature is too low, the air conditioner will not blow air; 2. If there is no airflow whether in cooling or heating mode, also check the fan wheel first, then determine whether the motor is burnt out, and repair it promptly. A car air conditioner refers to the air conditioning device installed in a car, which can cool, heat, ventilate, and purify the air inside the cabin, providing a comfortable environment for passengers, reducing driver fatigue, and improving driving safety.

Can You Shift to P Gear After an Automatic Car Stalls?

Automatic cars can be shifted to P gear after stalling. The gears of an automatic car are as follows: 1. P gear is the parking gear, used for long-term parking of the vehicle; 2. R gear is the reverse gear, engaged when the vehicle needs to move backward; 3. N gear is the neutral gear, used when the vehicle is parked for a short time without stalling; 4. D gear is the drive gear, where the vehicle automatically shifts gears based on throttle opening and speed data when the gear lever is in D; 5. S gear is the sport mode, making the vehicle drive more sportily; 6. M gear refers to the manual mode, where gear shifting is done manually by the driver when the gear lever is in M; 7. L gear is the low-speed gear.

How to Deal with Engine Shaking?

Methods to handle engine shaking: 1. Replace the air filter, which is designed to protect the engine and reduce wear, typically replaced around 10,000 kilometers; 2. Replace the spark plugs, as they have a lifespan, and after exceeding 30,000 to 40,000 kilometers, their ignition efficiency significantly decreases, affecting ignition; 3. Adjust the water temperature, as high engine water temperature can lead to premature ignition timing, changes in the air-fuel mixture, thinning of engine oil viscosity, and deterioration of lubrication performance; 4. Clean the fuel injectors, as gum in gasoline can clog the injector nozzles, causing inconsistent fuel injection amounts among injectors and uneven cylinder operation; 5. Remove carbon deposits, oil sludge, clean the throttle body and idle valve, as the intake ports can accumulate carbon deposits and oil sludge over time, leading to poor air intake and affecting idle stability.

How to Drain Oil from a Car?

Methods for draining oil from a car: Draining oil on a flat surface is not very easy. To extract oil from a small car, first fill the car's fuel tank completely, then drive it onto a slope. Shift the gear into first, engage the handbrake, and secure the car properly. Open the fuel tank cap, insert a pre-prepared soft tube into the tank, pushing it as far down as possible, and then use airflow to draw the oil out. Simply using a soft tube for suction won't work; you also need to find a plastic bottle with a slightly larger diameter than the tube. Flatten the plastic bottle beforehand, tightly connect the bottle's mouth to the tube, and use pressure to draw the oil out. Then remove the bottle and direct the tube's opening into a container for collecting the oil. This is a traditional method for draining gasoline from a car, but it cannot completely remove all the gasoline. When you need to drain the oil, you can visit a repair shop or a 4S store to use professional equipment for oil drainage.

What to Do When a Tire Has a Cut?

The solution for a tire with a cut depends on the extent of the damage: 1. If the cut has damaged the internal cord fabric or the tire is already ruptured, it is not recommended to repair it, and the tire should be replaced; 2. If the cut has not damaged the cord fabric, the tire can continue to be used, but it is necessary to regularly check whether the wound expands or the cords are damaged; 3. Regularly check the tire pressure and inflate according to the front and rear tire pressures recommended by the vehicle brand and the car manufacturer in collaboration with the tire manufacturer. Tire maintenance methods include: 1. Maintain the correct air pressure as required while driving; 2. Do not exceed the driving conditions under any circumstances; 3. Frequently check the condition of the tires; 4. Stop using the tire when it wears down to the tread wear indicator; 5. Avoid placing the spare tire near sunlight, oil, acid, or hydrocarbons.
