How to deal with Hino P11C engine valve clearance failure?

Warm up the engine, open the timing mark inspection hole on the clutch housing and the cylinder head cover. Ensure that the cylinder head bolts are tightened to the specified torque. Rotate the crankshaft to align the "0" mark on the flywheel with the marking line on the clutch housing, and confirm that the curved surface of the intake and exhaust valve rocker arms of the first cylinder is in contact with the cam base circle. Loosen the lock nut 2 of the adjustment screw 1, and use a screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw so that the gap A between the lower end face of the screw and the upper end face of the valve stem 3 is the specified clearance value. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise, and adjust the valve clearance of the next firing cylinder in the ignition order of 1-3-4-2.
