Check the location and extent of damage on the cracked bumper. Use a single-action sander with 80-grit sandpaper to sand the paint surface at the crack, removing the surface paint coating. Weld the prepared PP welding rod along the crack using a plastic welding gun (hot air gun). Let it dry for a few hours, just wait until the temperature returns to normal. This will repair the crack. Do not spray directly, as this will result in uneven application. Maintain an angle and allow about 15 minutes between each spray, repeating the process five or six times.
