Driving with a blood alcohol content greater than (or equal to) 20 milligrams per 100 milliliters and less than 80 milligrams per 100 milliliters is considered drunk driving. If a major traffic accident occurs due to driving under the influence of alcohol or while intoxicated, and it constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be pursued according to the law.
