Find a stiff plastic strip and insert it into the drainage hole, moving it up and down a few times to basically unclog the drain pipe. Using a tire repair air gun to blow air into the drainage hole can often clear the drain pipe. After blowing, pour water into the sunroof to check if water flows out from the drainage outlet under the car.
