You can use a high-pressure water gun to blow air toward the drainage hole to clear the blockage. Fill a syringe with water and inject it into the hose, repeating the process several times to clean it. If the drainage hole is in a hard-to-reach location or cannot be cleaned easily, you can locate it from underneath the car and then clean it from there. There is an outlet on the car sunroof's track, one on each side. Pour water into this outlet to check if the drainage pipe is clear.
