How to Deal with a Bulging Car Roof Lining?

Car roof glue, towel, screwdriver, waste newspaper, etc. Remove the fabric from the edge, only up to the detached area, and then repair it using the method for fixing edge detachment.
As a seasoned driver, I've encountered this issue quite often. The bulging of a car's headliner is usually caused by aging adhesive or excessive moisture inside the car, especially when parked under the sun for too long during summer, which causes the glue to fail and bubbles to form. The simplest solution is to buy a bottle of professional headliner adhesive, spray it evenly on the bulging area, gently press it back into place, and wait for it to dry. Make sure to dry the headliner first to avoid further damage. If the problem is too severe or covers a large area, it's best to take it to a repair shop where they can replace the entire piece. To prevent this issue, try to park in shaded areas to reduce sun exposure. Also, don’t forget to check the sunroof or door seals, as leaks can worsen the headliner's condition.
