How to Deactivate the Speed Limit on the Sailit?

When the car is stationary, press this button to set the default speed to 30 km/h. Pressing this button sets the speed as the speed limit trigger point. Press it again to turn off the speed limit function. When not in cruise control mode, press the LIM button and then the SET button to activate the speed limit adjustment. Use the RES/+ button to increase the speed limit or the SET/- button to decrease it. With the speed limit function activated, as long as the throttle depth does not exceed 95%, the speed will mostly not exceed the set limit. An alarm will sound if the speed exceeds the set limit.
Regarding the issue of removing the speed limiter on the Celite, I've encountered similar situations during my usual car repairs. The Celite likely uses an electronic speed limiter installed to prevent excessive speeding. The removal process is quite complex—it requires connecting to the vehicle's OBD port and using specialized software to modify the ECU settings. For regular car owners, attempting this themselves carries significant risks, such as damaging the electrical system or causing vehicle instability. I'd recommend having it handled by professional repair shops, though they'll probably remind you that this modification is illegal and increases accident risks. Personally, when driving, I'd rather adjust to a lower speed limit setting—maintaining safe speeds is the wiser choice.
I've personally modified the Celite speed limiter and know that removing it isn't that simple. First, buy an OBD scanner and connect it to the car, then look for the speed limit option in the software, where you can usually set a higher value or disable the function. But you have to be careful, as improper tool operation can trigger fault codes and potentially damage components. After removal, the speed can increase, but it violates traffic rules, and getting caught by traffic police isn't worth the fine. I think it's more interesting to learn to control the throttle and develop good habits.
