How to Connect BMW Wireless CarPlay?

Open the "CarPlay" application on the desktop through the central control screen to enter the CarPlay main menu. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone, find and connect to the device starting with "BMW" through device search. A pop-up window will appear on your phone, click "Use CarPlay"; once connected, the CarPlay main interface will be displayed on the central control screen.
I recently figured out how to connect BMW's wireless CarPlay, and it feels super convenient. First, make sure your iPhone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on. After starting the vehicle, go to the iDrive system on the central control screen, select 'Communication' and then 'Mobile Devices,' and add your iPhone. Choose the CarPlay option, and a confirmation prompt will pop up on your iPhone—just tap 'Agree' to complete the pairing. The whole process takes just a few minutes, and you can directly use maps for navigation or Apple Music while driving, which is much safer than using your phone. If the connection is unstable, it might be due to outdated vehicle software or network interference; try restarting your phone or updating the BMW system. Wireless CarPlay makes commuting more effortless, and I especially love listening to podcasts during traffic jams to pass the time.
