How to Connect Bluetooth in Older JAC Sedan?

First, open your phone and find the Settings on the home screen. Enter the settings and locate the Bluetooth option. Turn on Bluetooth, and it will start searching for nearby Bluetooth devices. Start the car and enable the car's Bluetooth function. After turning on the phone's Bluetooth, click to connect. Once the device is found, click to connect. Then, you will need to pair the devices by entering the pairing code, which is usually 0000 or 1234, to complete the connection.
My old JAC Tongyue is the 2010 model, and I found out it doesn’t have Bluetooth functionality after checking. My own solution is to buy a USB Bluetooth adapter and plug it into the cigarette lighter, with the other end connected to the car’s AUX port. Before driving, I park in a safe spot, turn on my phone’s Bluetooth to search for devices, and pair with the new device (e.g., by entering a password like 1234). Once paired, I switch the car audio to AUX mode to play music. Remember to enable the phone’s Bluetooth visibility mode, as some devices are hidden by default. This method delivers good sound quality and stable performance, allowing for safer driving without touching the phone. If the car frequently loses power, the adapter will reconnect—just a simple restart is needed.
