Drivers without any single 6-point demerit record or with only one single 6-point demerit record can directly complete the 7-day safe and civilized driving course online. Drivers with two or more single 6-point demerits or a full 12-point demerit must first register at the municipal vehicle management office and complete one day of on-site learning before proceeding with the remaining 6 days of online study.
