I've been driving an Audi A6 for three years, so I'm quite familiar with operating the sunroof. There's a toggle switch with an arrow symbol in the overhead control panel at the front of the roof. A gentle forward push activates the venting mode, while a firm push and holding for 2 seconds will fully close the sunroof automatically. If you forget to close it when it rains, you can also remotely close the sunroof by long-pressing the lock button on your key fob. Remember not to stick your head out to check while closing—my neighbor once nearly got their hair caught. After closing, it's best to check if there are any leaves stuck in the sealing strip to prevent water leakage during rain. Here's a handy tip: On hot summer days, it's better to turn on the AC to cool down before opening the sunroof, or you'll get hit by a wave of scorching air.
