How to Check Tire Pressure on the Avalon?

The most direct and accurate method is manual checking using a tire pressure gauge. Owners can ask service personnel to assist with checking during each maintenance or car wash. When the tire pressure in any tire is too low or too high, the dashboard will issue an alert, prompting the owner to conduct necessary inspections.
I usually check the tire pressure frequently when driving my Avalon, and it can be done directly inside the car. After starting the car, there's a control button on the left side of the steering wheel. Press it a few times to switch to the dashboard information screen, find the tire pressure monitoring icon, and you can see the real-time values for each tire. The normal tire pressure is around 32-35 PSI. If it's too low, it will consume more fuel, and if it's too high, it will affect traction. I recommend checking it when the car is cold, such as before driving in the morning, for more accurate readings. The Avalon's system is quite sensitive—if the tire pressure is low, it will automatically light up a warning light, and you should stop to check immediately. Don’t ignore this; checking tire pressure regularly can extend tire life and make driving safer. I also keep a tire pressure gauge in the car just in case the system fails, so I can still measure it manually.
