How to Charge an Electric Vehicle?

Methods for charging an electric vehicle: First, plug in the battery connector, then plug in the power source connector. Always use a dedicated charger for charging an electric vehicle. During charging, the charger may heat up quickly and reach high temperatures, especially in summer. Avoid placing the charger on objects prone to heat or combustion, or on the seat of the electric vehicle to prevent fire hazards. It is advisable to charge the vehicle promptly based on usage. Importantly, never wait until the battery is completely drained before charging. Currently, electric vehicles use two types of batteries: lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries. If the electric vehicle uses a lead-acid battery, the first five charges should be performed when the remaining battery level is between 30% to 40%, and the charging time should ideally be controlled to around 10 hours. For electric vehicles with lithium-ion batteries, it is recommended to fully discharge the battery before the first three charges, with the charging time also controlled to around 10 hours. The number of full charge-discharge cycles for an electric vehicle battery is approximately 300. With regular maintenance during daily use, the battery's lifespan can extend beyond 3 years.
