How to Change the Oil for a Neptune Scooter?

Unscrew the oil drain plug at the bottom of the engine to drain the oil, and remove the oil filter. Clean the oil filter with a cleaning agent, reinstall the oil filter, and tighten the oil drain plug. Unscrew the oil dipstick, prepare to add oil, use a funnel to pour in the new oil, and then tighten the oil dipstick to complete the operation.
Changing the oil on a Neptune scooter isn't actually difficult, and I often do the maintenance myself. First, let the engine run for five minutes to warm up the oil, then turn it off and park on level ground to ensure safety. Prepare the tools: a 17mm wrench, a container for the old oil, new oil and filter, and gloves are also important—don't skip them. Locate the oil pan bolt and slowly loosen it, letting the oil flow into the container. Dispose of the used oil properly for environmental reasons—don't pour it randomly. Be careful when removing the old filter. Before installing the new filter, apply a bit of new oil to lubricate the rubber seal. When tightening the bolt back, don't over-tighten to avoid stripping. Before adding new oil, check the manual for the correct amount—usually around 0.8 liters, using 10W-40 grade oil suitable for scooters. After adding the oil, start the engine for a few minutes, then turn it off and check the dipstick to ensure the oil level is at the midpoint. Overfilling can cause leaks. Generally, change the oil every 2,000 kilometers to keep the engine running smoothly, reduce wear, and extend its lifespan. Doing it yourself saves a lot on repair costs.
