How to Change a Car Tire by Yourself?
1 Answers
Park the car and engage the handbrake after turning off the engine. Place heavy objects in front of and behind the wheels to prevent sliding, and set up a triangular warning sign behind the vehicle. Use a wrench to loosen the lug nuts of the tire to be replaced in a diagonal pattern. Position the jack on the side where the tire needs to be changed and lift the vehicle to a certain height. Once the tire is slightly off the ground, use a socket wrench to remove all the bolts. Note that the lower bolts should be removed first, and when removing the last upper bolt, use your foot to hold the tire in place.
