How to Cancel the Maintenance Reminder on Iveco Daily?

First, press the left button repeatedly until the bottom line of the instrument panel displays a negative number. Then, press and hold the right button until the negative number on the bottom line changes to 5000. After that, return to exit, and the maintenance wrench icon will be canceled.
I've been driving IVECO models for over ten years and have helped many friends with canceling the maintenance reminder. Usually, you do this while the vehicle is parked. First, turn the key to the ON position without starting the engine—the dashboard will light up showing the maintenance reminder. Locate the small RESET button or the odometer adjustment button at the lower right corner of the dashboard, press and hold it for about 5 to 10 seconds, and release when the reminder light goes off. Take your time during the process—safety first, so make sure the engine isn’t running. If the button doesn’t respond, it might be because the last maintenance wasn’t reset properly. Check the owner’s manual to see if there’s a special key combination. Remember, canceling the maintenance reminder doesn’t mean you can skip maintenance. Every time I cancel it, I immediately schedule a check-up at the 4S shop for oil and filters. Delaying it could lead to severe engine wear, and repairs could cost thousands—saving money shouldn’t come at the expense of safety.
