First, open the Didi Chuxing App homepage, then click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the page. After expanding all services, click to select the Orange Luxury Car service. Once on the Orange Luxury Car booking page, similarly, click below to select the pickup and destination locations. I usually drive a seven-seater SUV myself, and operating the third-row seats is actually quite simple, mainly depending on whether the model is manual or electric. Manual versions typically have a pull strap or handle in the corner of the trunk; just pull it to unlock the seat, then push it down firmly to flatten it or pull it up to unfold it, being careful not to pinch anything. If the seat is heavy, you can half-squat and use your knee to brace it before applying force, which saves effort and protects your back. Different cars have different designs—for example, some require retracting the headrest before folding, and if overlooked, it can easily get stuck. It's advisable to glance at the manual before each operation to develop good habits that extend the seat's lifespan and avoid awkward situations when carrying passengers. When space is tight, folding the third row significantly increases trunk space, making it especially convenient for moving or road trips.

Since I often take my elderly parents and kids out, the third-row folding operation in a seven-seater needs to be effortless. Most cars have release buttons or pull straps near the trunk floor—just press or pull gently, and the seats automatically unlock. A slight push is all it takes for them to fold down smoothly. If you're unfolding them for seating, find the right position and pull a few times until they click into place. You can teach kids to lend a hand, but always double-check that the latches are securely locked before driving to avoid any dangerous wobbling. Remember not to place heavy items on the seat mechanisms, as prolonged pressure can cause deformation. Before weekend picnics, I love adjusting the seats—transforming the space instantly makes the car feel roomier and everyone more comfortable.

Do You Need to Choose an Auspicious Day to Pick Up a Used Car?

Buying a used car does not require selecting an auspicious day for pickup. The following insurances are necessary for purchasing a used car: 1. Compulsory Traffic Insurance: This is a mandatory insurance required by the state, providing basic coverage for the owner. Only after purchasing this insurance can the used vehicle be driven on the road and pass the annual inspection. 2. Third-party Liability Insurance: This insurance covers the losses of the other party if you cause an accident while driving. 3. Vehicle Damage Insurance: This insurance covers the losses to your own vehicle due to natural disasters or collisions. 4. Passenger Liability Insurance: This insurance covers the medical expenses of passengers in your vehicle if they are injured in an accident.

How to File an Insurance Claim for a Scratch?

After a car scratch occurs, the first step is to take photos as evidence and call the insurance company to file a claim. Below is an introduction to the insurance claim process: 1. Damage Assessment: Bring the necessary documents for the claim (ID card, driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance policy) to the damage assessment center to complete the assessment and claim procedures. If the vehicle can still be driven, it's best to bring it to the site. If the vehicle is severely damaged, take photos as evidence, after which the insurance company will arrange for a tow truck. Towing will incur certain costs, the amount of which depends on the insurance company's policies and the distance from the accident site. 2. Important Notes: In cases without personal injuries, it's advisable to photograph the accident scene immediately as backup evidence. Even if there is no third-party liability, taking photos as evidence is a necessary habit.

What Are the Precautions and Tips for Novice Drivers on the Road?

Here are the precautions and tips for novice drivers on the road: 1. Frequently check the rearview mirrors: Some novice drivers, due to excessive nervousness, keep their eyes fixed on the road ahead after getting in the car. This habit is not only incorrect but also unsafe. After hitting the road, novice drivers must frequently check the left and right rearview mirrors to understand the surrounding conditions of the vehicle. 2. Maintain an appropriate speed: Many novice drivers feel that their skills are lacking and thus drive extremely slowly, thinking it will be safer. In reality, driving too fast or too slow is unsafe; maintaining an appropriate speed is key. 3. Relying solely on the reversing camera while reversing: Modern cars come with many high-tech devices, such as the reversing camera, which is a great feature. However, when reversing, do not just stare at the reversing camera. Be sure to also check the left and right rearview mirrors and the front of the car, as the reversing camera has blind spots. Checking the front is to avoid the situation of focusing on the rear while neglecting the front.

Should You Depress the Clutch When Starting a Car?

Manual transmission cars require depressing the clutch when starting. Doing so reduces the load on the engine and minimizes wear on components like the battery and starter motor. Depressing the clutch during startup also prevents potential hazards. If the clutch isn't depressed and the car is started directly, it might lurch forward unexpectedly. Functions of the car clutch: Gradually increases the driving force for smooth vehicle starting, temporarily separates the engine and transmission for gear shifting, prevents overload in the drivetrain, reduces torsional vibration impacts from the engine, and extends the lifespan of transmission gears. How to use the clutch: The proper stance is to place the ball of your foot on the clutch pedal with your heel touching the ground. When fully depressed, keep your knee slightly bent. Never use just your toes or lift your heel, as this may lead to insufficient force or slipping. Always depress the clutch completely to ensure full disengagement and avoid prolonged partial engagement that causes wear. If shifting proves difficult, release the clutch fully before depressing it again for another attempt—never force the gearshift to prevent gear grinding. Coasting in neutral downhill is strictly prohibited; always engage an appropriate gear to utilize engine braking for speed control.

What is the function of the valve guide?

The function of the valve guide is to ensure the reciprocating linear motion of the valve, enabling proper contact between the valve and the valve seat, and transferring the heat from the valve stem to the cylinder head. When the valve stem moves within the guide, it is lubricated only by the oil splashed from the valve train, making it prone to wear. Therefore, it is often made as a separate component from self-lubricating materials such as ductile iron or powder metallurgy, and is press-fitted into the valve guide seat hole with a certain interference to prevent detachment. In some engines, to prevent the valve guide from loosening, a retaining ring is used to secure and position the guide. The lower part of the valve guide extends into the intake and exhaust ports. To minimize airflow resistance, the outer circumference of the extended end is shaped into a conical form. There are two types of valve guides: integral and insert. The integral valve guide has the guide hole directly machined into the cylinder head. The insert valve guide involves press-fitting a cylindrical tube into the guide hole of the cylinder head with an interference fit ranging from 0.015mm to 0.065mm.
