How to Bind Payment Method for Tesla?

After using the Supercharger service for the first time, please log in to the owner's Tesla account. Go to "Charging Bill - Pay Now" and select the payment method. Then scan the QR code to make payment and enable password-free payment.
During my time driving a Tesla, setting up the payment method was actually quite simple. Open the Tesla App, tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner, select Account Settings, and find the Payment Information section. Add a credit or debit card by entering the card number, expiration date, and CVC code. After saving, you might need to confirm via SMS verification. Once successfully linked, payments for Supercharging are automatically deducted, eliminating the need to queue and scan codes—it's hassle-free and quick. The App also allows you to set up subscription services, like Full Self-Driving updates, which are billed monthly. I recommend using a frequently used card to avoid interruptions due to expired cards. Regularly check your payment records to ensure security and no irregularities. Binding a payment method makes daily car use more convenient, especially during long trips, reducing payment hassles.
