Download the "Traffic Management 12123" APP on your mobile phone and register after installation. Click the registration button, enter your personal information according to the prompts for individual user registration, then check the agreement box to complete the registration. After registration, the login interface will appear. Enter your ID number and password to log in. After setting up the gesture password, you will enter the APP application interface. Click on the driver's license to bind your driver's license information. Enter your driver's license number to complete the binding, and the system will synchronize the relevant information. Click on the driver's license to view your information, such as the validity period of the license, and then you can complete the application for an electronic driver's license and vehicle license.
Applying for an electronic driver's license is actually quite convenient now, all done through the Traffic Management 12123 APP. First, register and log in with real-name authentication, then find the driver's license section in the service center—there's an option for electronic driver's license. Upload a standard white-background ID photo without excessive editing, as the system will automatically review and recognize it. When driving, just show your phone during checks—it can even serve as an ID. However, always carry your physical driver's license too, in case your phone runs out of battery or has poor signal. I usually keep both my phone and physical license in the glove compartment for backup, just to be safe.
