Method to adjust the time on an old Mazda 6: The time adjustment button is located on the left side of the steering wheel, marked with a clock symbol. First, press the clock adjustment button, then use the plus or minus buttons on the left side of the steering wheel to adjust the time, and finally press the "SET" button to confirm. Taking the 2015 Mazda 6 Ruiyi as an example, its body dimensions are 4755mm in length, 1795mm in width, and 1440mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2725mm, a fuel tank capacity of 64 liters, and a curb weight of 1413kg. This model is equipped with a 2.0L naturally aspirated engine, delivering a maximum horsepower of 147ps, a maximum power of 108kW, a maximum torque of 184Nm, and is paired with a 5-speed automatic manual transmission.

I remember when I drove my old Mazda6, adjusting the time always took a few tries. There's a small clock on the left side of the center console near the steering wheel, right? Next to it, there's a small stick-like button—just press and hold it without letting go until you see the hour digits start flashing. Then, press it once to increase the hour by one. Pressing it ten times in a row feels too slow? Just be patient! Once you've set the hour, press the button again to enter the minute setting, and use the same method to adjust to the exact time. Finally, press the button one more time to save the settings. Don't forget—you must do this while the engine is running!

For models before 2005, adjusting the time is very simple: First, power on the car without starting the engine. Locate the button on the center console marked with a clock symbol (the small round button above the CD player). Press and hold it firmly for two to three seconds until the hour digits start flashing, then release. Next, briefly press this button to adjust the hours—each press increases the hour by one. To adjust the minutes, use the SEEK or TRACK button on the right. After setting, wait five seconds for it to save automatically. The clock on the dashboard behind the steering wheel will update simultaneously.

The old Mazda6 has two types of clocks: a separate clock and an instrument panel clock. For the separate clock located on the center console CD player, press and hold the CLOCK button for 3 seconds after powering on, then briefly press to adjust when the time flashes. For the instrument panel clock, start the vehicle and locate the INFO button on the right side of the steering wheel control area. Switch the instrument panel display to the time page, then press and hold the button to enter edit mode, and use the volume or track change buttons for fine adjustments. The key is to operate while the vehicle is running; the settings are locked and cannot be adjusted when the engine is off.
