To adjust the rearview mirrors on the New Jetta, follow these steps: 1. For the left mirror, rotate the control button to the 'L' position, then adjust the angle by moving the button up, down, left, or right. 2. For the right mirror, rotate the control button to the 'R' position and adjust the angle similarly. 3. Once you've adjusted the mirrors to your preferred position, rotate the button back to the middle. The New Jetta measures 4501mm in length, 1704mm in width, and 1469mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2604mm. It is a 4-door, 5-seater sedan equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission and has a top speed of 181 km/h.
Adjusting the mirrors on our new Jetta is super easy! The knob marked with L/R on the driver's door panel is the control. To adjust the left mirror, turn the knob to the L position—then simply tilt the knob up, down, left, or right to move the mirror. The same goes for the right side by switching to R. Remember to position the mirrors so you can see 1/4 of your car’s body, with the horizon centered for the safest view. At night, flip the small tab in the middle of the knob backward to activate the anti-glare feature. If the mirror heating function is on (indicated by a square icon with wavy lines in the center of the knob), it’s a winter lifesaver. After adjusting, sit properly and check blind spots—especially the right mirror, which should show the rear wheel for optimal positioning.
