How to adjust the rearview mirror of the Magotan?

The adjustment method for the Magotan's rearview mirror is: simply rotate the knob on the door armrest. The Magotan is a mid-size car launched by FAW-Volkswagen. Taking the Magotan 2020 280 Comfort model as an example, its body dimensions are: length 4865mm, width 1832mm, height 1471mm, with a wheelbase of 2871mm and a fuel tank capacity of 66 liters. The Magotan 2020 280 Comfort model is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum power of 110kW and a maximum torque of 250Nm. It adopts a front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout, with a MacPherson strut independent suspension at the front and a multi-link independent suspension at the rear.
When I first drove the Magotan, I also spent some time figuring it out. There's a knob marked with L and R on the driver's side door panel. First, turn the knob to the L position, then observe the left rearview mirror and press the knob to adjust it up, down, left, or right—you can clearly feel the mirror moving. After adjusting the left side, turn the knob to R to adjust the right side. Important note: the power must be on to make adjustments. Key tip: when reversing, it's recommended to angle the right rearview mirror slightly downward to better see the curb. Finally, remember to return the knob to the middle position to prevent accidental adjustments. After adjusting, test the visibility while stationary—ideally, the car body should occupy about 1/4 of the mirror, and the ground about 1/2 for safer driving.
