Last time when accompanying my friend to pick up the Hongqi H5, the salesperson personally taught how to adjust the rearview mirrors. You sit in the driver's seat and find a small control panel on the left door armrest, with a knob marked with L and R letters. To adjust the left mirror, turn the knob to the L position, then press the square directional pad in the middle - you'll see the mirror moving up, down, left, and right accordingly. Stop adjusting when the view just covers the rear wheel and lane markings. Do the same for the right side by turning the knob to R before adjusting. Remember to return the knob to the middle position after adjustment, otherwise the mirrors will automatically reset when you lock the car next time. I usually fine-tune the right mirror while reversing to clearly see the curb - it's more reliable than the panoramic camera.
