How to Adjust the Nozzle of a Single-Cylinder Diesel Engine?
1 Answers
Connect the nozzle to be adjusted to the high-pressure oil pipe linked with the high-pressure oil pump, set the throttle to the maximum position, and control the speed at 40-50 pumps per minute. Use a screwdriver to adjust the nozzle until the spring is not under pressure. Observe the nozzle's oil spray while cranking the engine. When the sound of oil spray occurs, the sprayed oil begins to atomize. When you hear a crisp "hiss" sound of oil spray and see very fine oil mist being sprayed, the nozzle's oil spray pressure is approximately 11.77 MPa.
