Volvo XC40 features electric seat adjustment with controls located on the side of the seat. To adjust the seat forward or backward according to your height, push the adjustment switch forward or backward, and the seat will move accordingly. For height adjustment, push the adjustment switch upward or downward to raise or lower the entire seat. To adjust the backrest angle, push the backrest angle adjustment switch forward or backward, and the backrest will tilt forward or backward. A slight backward tilt of the backrest is recommended.
