Press the lumbar support switch to adjust the seat angle at the lumbar position; Move the seat position switch forward or backward to adjust the seat's front and rear position. Lifting up or pressing down will raise or lower the seat; Adjust the backrest tilt angle by pulling forward or backward. Pushing forward tilts it forward, while pulling backward tilts it backward.
I've been driving for over a decade, especially SUVs like the Prado, and adjusting the seat forward and backward is quite simple. There's a small lever under or on the side of the seat. Pull it with your hand, and the seat can slide freely forward or backward. Once you find a comfortable position, release the lever to lock it in place. When I was a beginner, I didn't adjust the seat properly, which made my legs cramped and unable to fully press the brake, nearly causing an accident. Now, I adjust it to about a fist's distance from the steering wheel, ensuring both comfort and safety within the airbag range. For long drives, try adjusting the height slightly higher and the backrest softer for added comfort. Just remember not to adjust while driving—always do it when the vehicle is stationary for safety. If the seat gets stuck, a bit of lubricant spray can easily fix the issue.
