Last week I just helped my neighbor adjust the clock in his old Camry, it's actually quite simple. First press the DISP button on the left side of the steering wheel to switch to the clock interface, then long-press this button for two seconds, and the hour digits will start flashing. Next, press the left button to decrease hours, right button to increase hours. Then briefly press DISP to switch to minute adjustment, using the same left/right buttons. Finally wait five seconds for automatic saving. If your car has a central control screen, newer models after 2018 can directly touch-adjust in the settings menu, which is more convenient than mechanical buttons. Remember the clock won't reset after locking the car and powering off.

What does oil viscosity mean?

Oil viscosity is the most important performance indicator for measuring the fluidity of engine oil under various conditions. It mainly consists of two aspects: 1. The lower the oil viscosity, the thinner the oil film, the better the fluidity, and the relatively smaller the resistance to engine operation. 2. The higher the oil viscosity, the thicker the oil film, the weaker the fluidity, and the relatively greater the resistance to engine operation. Methods for selecting oil viscosity: 1. Based on vehicle age New cars should use oil with slightly lower viscosity, and 5W30 would be more suitable. As the vehicle ages, choose oil with slightly higher viscosity. Older car engines experience more severe wear, so relatively higher viscosity oil is needed for a more comfortable and smoother driving experience. In this case, 5W40 would be more appropriate. 2. Based on vehicle series If your car is from Europe or America and consumes too much oil, you can consider fully synthetic oil with slightly higher viscosity. Japanese and Korean cars generally have good sealing, so oil with slightly lower viscosity can be chosen, and 5W30 is a good option. 3. Based on road conditions Road conditions can greatly affect the lifespan of the oil. In areas with poor road conditions, the oil change interval should be shortened. In urban areas with frequent traffic jams and stops during driving, lower viscosity oil is recommended. If you frequently drive long distances or on highways, you can choose 5W40.

Where is the Transmission Oil Filler Port Located?

The transmission oil filler port is typically located on the transmission oil pan. For manual transmissions, there are generally two bolts on the transmission housing: the upper bolt serves as the oil filler port, while the lower one is the oil drain port. In automatic transmissions, there are two bolts of different sizes on the transmission pan: the larger one is the drain port, and the smaller one is the filler port. Additional Information: 1. Before replacing transmission fluid, the old fluid must first be drained by loosening the drain port screw at the bottom. However, due to the internal structure of the transmission, the old fluid often cannot be completely drained, resulting in a relatively low fluid replacement rate with this method. For automatic transmissions, it is more advisable to use a fluid exchange machine. This machine injects new fluid into the transmission while simultaneously extracting the mixture of old and new fluid until the fluid inside the transmission becomes clear. This method consumes more new fluid—approximately double the amount required for manual transmissions—usually around 12 liters. Although the cost is higher, the replacement rate is significantly better, ensuring that most of the old fluid is removed and the performance of the new fluid is better preserved. 2. Transmission fluid is a lubricant that maintains the cleanliness of the gear system, providing lubrication to prolong the lifespan of the transmission components. It offers effective lubrication even under low-temperature conditions and reduces fluid loss during demanding operations. Depending on the transmission type, transmission fluid is categorized into automatic transmission fluid (ATF) and manual transmission fluid.

Does Germany drive on the right?

Germany drives on the right, with the driver's position on the left. The direction of road traffic is an important aspect of traffic regulations worldwide, specifying the side of the road vehicles should drive on to avoid confusion and accidents. However, pedestrians and vehicles follow different movement paths (heterogeneous tracks). Road traffic directions can be categorized into two types: driving on the left side of the road and driving on the right side of the road. 34% of countries drive on the left, while 66% drive on the right. In terms of road mileage, 28% of the world's drivable roads are left-driving, and 72% are right-driving.

How to judge the left and right distance when driving an SUV?

Techniques for judging the left and right distance when driving an SUV: When the wiper coincides with the center line on the ground, the vehicle's tires will run over the center line. When the intersection of the panel and the A-pillar coincides with the center line on the ground, the distance between the body and the left center line is approximately 60 centimeters. When the node of the right wiper coincides with the center line on the ground, the vehicle is already driving across the line. If not stopped or changed lanes in time, it may cause a safety accident. Additional information: 1. When the front of the car coincides with the lower edge of the front tire, the distance between the two vehicles is about 5 meters. When the front of the car coincides with the lower edge of the front bumper, the distance is about 3 meters. When the front of the car coincides with the upper edge of the front bumper, the distance is only about 1 meter. When the front of the car coincides with the lower edge of the front vehicle's license plate, the distance is only about 0.5 meters. 2. Similarly, the method for judging the front and rear distance is analogous. When sitting in the driver's seat, if the edge of the car's front just touches the lower edge of the front vehicle's tire, the distance between the two vehicles is about 5 meters. Following this logic, when the edge of the car's front coincides with the lower edge of the front vehicle's bumper, the distance is about 3 meters; when it coincides with the lower edge of the front vehicle's license plate, the distance is about 0.5 meters.

How to master the reversing direction of A2?

Usually, you need to find a reference object as a "point". If there is more space on the left, steer to the left; if there is more space on the right, steer to the right. The most important thing is timing. Once you have a clear view, do not hesitate. Moving bit by bit will only waste time and make it harder to reverse in. The precautions for reversing are as follows: 1. Front of the car: When reversing, the area swept by the front of the car is much larger than the area occupied by the body. So while paying attention to the rear, do not neglect observing the front left and right, especially pedestrians passing in front of the car at this time. 2. The area close to the sides of the car: The areas close to both sides of the car are not visible, and the trajectory of the front wheels is an arc when steering, with a wheel difference from the rear wheels. Therefore, scratches may occur during reversing. 3. The part below the rear windshield: Without auxiliary equipment, this area is completely invisible when reversing. On the contrary, even with a reversing radar, it cannot guarantee completely accurate judgment when encountering low obstacles. 4. The rear right area of the car body: This is the area farthest from the driver and the most difficult to observe, as it is often blocked by the C-pillar and located at the rear of the vehicle. A slight carelessness can lead to a collision.

Does the Chery Ant use CATL batteries?

The new energy version of the Chery Ant model appeared in the MIIT's "Recommended Models Catalog for New Energy Vehicle Promotion and Application" (8th batch of 2019). Compared with the current model, there are no significant changes in the exterior design, and the driving range remains unchanged. However, the battery has been switched from ternary lithium batteries to lithium iron phosphate batteries, with battery cells provided by CATL. The Chery Ant is the best-selling A00-class pure electric vehicle in China. After becoming the sales champion in its class in 2018, from January to August this year, the Chery Ant eQ model once again topped the A00-class market sales with 27,032 units sold, surpassing the Baojun E200 (23,588 units) and the Ora R1 (20,866 units) that followed closely.
