How to Adjust the Brightness of BYD Screen?

Press and hold the adjustment button on the instrument panel, then release the button when the LCD screen displays TRIPB. Turn on the small light or headlight switch of the combination switch. Press and hold the adjustment button without releasing it, and the backlight brightness will start to adjust among three states: brightest, normal, and darkest. After adjustment, press the adjustment button again to switch the odometer display from TRIPB to ODO.
When I first drove a BYD car, I explored the screen brightness adjustment, which was quite intuitive. After starting the car, touch the main screen and click the settings icon in the lower left corner to enter the menu. Under the display or brightness options, there's a slider. Simply swipe left or right to adjust the brightness—higher during the day to avoid glare affecting visibility, and lower at night to protect your eyes. The menu path may vary slightly across different models, like the Song series which has it under vehicle settings. Remember to adjust it when parked for safety, not while driving. Although the auto mode is convenient, I prefer manual control. Proper brightness makes navigation clearer and enhances the driving experience, so I recommend everyone try it when they have time.
