How to Adjust Idle Speed with Electronic Throttle?
1 Answers
Electronic throttle idle speed adjustment method is: 1. Loosen the throttle adjustment screw to make the engine reach the lowest stable speed; 2. Place the screwdriver on the idle speed screw, and when the engine is about to stall, slowly turn out the idle speed screw with the screwdriver to make the engine run stably and reach high speed; 3. Turn out the throttle screw to reduce the engine speed from high speed to the lowest; 4. Turn out the screw to increase the engine speed until the throttle opening becomes small, then suddenly close the throttle. The working principle of electronic throttle is: 1. The driver operates the accelerator pedal, and the accelerator pedal position sensor generates corresponding voltage signals input to the throttle control unit; 2. The control unit calculates the required torque and throttle angle, and sends corresponding voltage signals to the drive circuit module; 3. The drive control motor adjusts the throttle to the optimal opening position; 4. The throttle position sensor feeds back the throttle opening signal to the throttle control unit, forming a closed-loop position control.
