How to Adjust a 12-Band Car Audio Equalizer?

Set all volume controls on the main unit to the central position, then turn the volume up to 80%, and minimize the amplifier sensitivity. Adjust the input gain of the electronic crossover to the middle position, turn on the amplifier input gain by about one increment, and increase the output sensitivity of the electronic crossover. Reduce the rear channel volume, then test the phase of the subwoofer. At low volume, change the phase of the subwoofer by 180 degrees (positive/negative reverse pull). After all phase and frequency ranges are set, make fine adjustments. Set the crossover point of the subwoofer between approximately 80Hz-100Hz.
