How to activate the one-touch window lift function for the Avalon?

Some models do not have the one-touch window lift function enabled by default, so it should be manually activated. To perform the activation, first start the vehicle, then press and hold the switch to lower the window all the way down for 5 seconds without releasing. Next, press and hold the switch to raise the window all the way up for 5 seconds before releasing. Once the learning process is completed, the function will be enabled.
When I first got my Avalon, I also spent quite some time figuring out how to use the one-touch window feature. Later, I learned a trick from the car owners' group. The activation method is actually quite simple: first, hold down the window button to lower the glass completely, then immediately pull up the switch to raise the glass to the top. At this point, don't let go—continue holding the button for about 5 to 7 seconds. When you hear a click or see the hazard lights flash once, it means the setup is successful. Each window button on the driver's door needs to be set individually. Once, after my battery died, the function stopped working, and I used this method to reactivate it. Be careful not to get your hand caught by the glass when operating—it's especially handy on rainy days for quickly closing the windows and avoiding getting wet.
