How to activate cruise control on Mazda CX5?

Press the marked button to activate cruise control, and the corresponding indicator will be displayed on the instrument panel information window. Push the cruise control button downward in the direction indicated by SET. After setting the cruise speed, you can still accelerate using the accelerator pedal as usual.
I love using the cruise control when driving my CX5 on the highway; it's quite user-friendly. Start the car and accelerate to your desired speed, say 80 km/h, then press the button with the speedometer icon on the right side of the steering wheel—the dashboard will display 'cruise standby.' Next, press the SET- button to lock in the current speed, and you can release the accelerator. Speed control is very convenient: it automatically accelerates on uphill slopes and slows down on downhill ones. For minor adjustments, use RES+ and SET- to tweak the speed by 3-5 km/h. If you encounter a situation, hitting the brakes will automatically deactivate the system, and pressing RES will restore the previous speed. Once, on a long drive when I was feeling drowsy, this feature literally saved my life—I highly recommend practicing with the acceleration and deceleration buttons on less crowded roads before hitting the highway. Remember, never use it in rainy or foggy conditions; the system reacts slower when the road is slippery—safety first, after all.
