How often should transmission fluid and brake fluid be replaced?

Transmission fluid should be replaced every 50,000 to 60,000 kilometers or every 2 years. Brake fluid is recommended to be checked every 4 years or replaced every 60,000 kilometers. Functions of transmission fluid: Transmission fluid not only lubricates and protects the transmission but also facilitates power transmission, gear cooling, cleaning, and rust prevention. Compared to engine oil, transmission fluid has better fluidity and is less viscous. Functions of brake fluid: The working pressure of brake fluid is 2MPa, and it can reach as high as 4~5MPa. All liquids have the characteristic of being incompressible. In a sealed container or a liquid-filled pipeline, when the liquid is under pressure, it quickly and uniformly transmits the pressure to all parts of the liquid. Hydraulic braking operates on this principle. After being used for a certain period, brake fluid is prone to a lower boiling point, contamination, and varying degrees of oxidation and deterioration.
