Section speed monitoring does not allow exceeding the prescribed speed limit by more than 10%. The following are the penalties for section speed violations: 1. If the speeding is between 10% and 20%, 3 points will be deducted and a fine imposed; 3. If the speeding is between 20% and 50%, 6 points will be deducted and a fine imposed; 4.
