China III motorcycles' remaining lifespan depends on the current vehicle's age in service. The maximum service life for two-wheeled motorcycles is 13 years. Overview of China III: China III motorcycles refer to those manufactured in compliance with the "Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Motorcycles (Operating Mode Method, China III Stage)" (GB14622-2007) and "Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Mopeds (Operating Mode Method, China III Stage)" (GB18176-2007) approved and promulgated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, collectively known as the China III standards. Emission standards: Starting one year after the specified type approval implementation date, all manufactured, sold, and registered motorcycles and mopeds must meet the corresponding emission requirements. Domestically manufactured and sold motorcycles and mopeds currently adhere to the China II emission standard.
