How much coolant should be added to a Mercedes GLK?

Mercedes GLK requires approximately 6 liters of coolant. Method for adding coolant: Park the car on a level and solid ground, wait for the engine to fully cool down, open the engine hood, and locate the purple oval-shaped coolant reservoir on the left side. When the engine is cold, check the coolant level via the markings on the side of the expansion tank. When refilling coolant, use a suitable cloth to cover the expansion tank cap to prevent burns from hot coolant or steam on your hands and arms. Precautions for using coolant: Do not open the coolant reservoir cap or drain valve immediately after driving, as the temperature of the coolant or water is very high at this time to avoid burns. The effective service life of coolant is generally two years. Replace it when expired or if the coolant appears dirty. During replacement, ensure all old coolant is completely removed and the reservoir is thoroughly cleaned.
